TERMS & CONDITIONS

Materials

Each Earring is carefully designed, cured, sanded, washed, polished and assembled by me. 
All Earrings and Hair Barrettes are made from polymer clay a non toxic PVC medium. They are very lightweight and durable, however please do not bend. 
Post and Clip on attachments are fixed using UV resin.  
All posts and clips on attachments used are stainless steel unless otherwise stated and fixed with silicone backs and rubber stoppers.

Production

All designs are handmade so they may have some very small imperfections. 

Packaging 

All purchases will be promptly packed up in a little box with tissue paper. All Packaging is 100% recyclable. Earrings hang from a BeYouByCarol earring card along with care info and I'll also pack a little sweet treat. 

Returns & Exchanges

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you've received the wrong item. I will endeavour to rectify any problems straight away.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Postage

We aim to pack and post all orders within 1-3 business days. We will post/deliver all items according to the shipping method you selected when ordering.
