Shipping policy

Postage
We aim to pack and post all orders within 1-3 business days.
We will post/deliver all items according to the shipping method you selected when ordering. 


UK Orders
Local Delivery - If you select local delivery you must live within the BT53 postcode. Any order made which selects local delivery that does not meet this criteria will not be delivered or posted. 
 
All orders are posted via Royal Mail.
Standard option -                  2nd Class, No Tracking Provided - £1.50
                                            
Signed For & Tracked  -        1st Class Signed for Tracking Provided - £3.00
         
                                     
I will hold onto proof of postage for 3 months after posting.
Please note due to current restrictions caused by Covid parcels are taking a little longer than usual. Should Any parcel get lost in transit, store credit will be issued. 


International Orders
International Standard  - No tracking Provided - £5.00
International Signed for & Tracked - Tracking Provided - £9.00

If after 8 weeks your parcel still hasn't arrived please email me to discuss a solution. In Most cases store credit will be issued.
